Sailwork terms of use
Prepared 10 October 2026. Effective date: 15 October 2026.
Sailwork is software provided by Escattle SRL, CUI 54510823, Str. Vidin Nr. 76, Ap. 3, Sector 2, București, Romania. Contact: sever@escattle.io. These terms describe use of the software and its connections. Your signed order and service agreement determine the purchased scope, price, support and cancellation arrangements; this page does not create a subscription or authorize payment.
Your installation and accounts
Sailwork runs on your server. You must be authorized to use the accounts, records and content you connect. Keep access credentials private and grant only the necessary permissions. You remain responsible for the server, backups, account security and lawful use of information, subject to any managed-service duties agreed in writing. Additional users on one installation are not separate operating-system security compartments.
A platform account, paid service, administrator consent, business verification or API approval may be necessary. An integration is available only when implemented, configured and allowed by the platform. API access and approval are not promised merely by installing Sailwork. Third-party charges are separate unless your order expressly includes them.
Proposals and outside actions
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review source documents and the exact proposed action before relying on it. Connecting an account does not authorize sending, publishing, paying, filing or modifying an external record. Supported approval flows present the destination, content and effect before the owner decides. If a result is uncertain, inspect the destination before trying again; an accepted request is not necessarily delivery or publication.
Do not use Sailwork for unlawful access, deception, spam, unlawful discrimination or infringement of another person's rights. Do not bypass a provider's restrictions. You must have the necessary rights to text, images and other material you publish. Professional, legal and financial decisions remain the responsibility of the appropriate authorized person.
Data and providers
Business records and connection tokens are stored on the customer's server. Enabled platforms and the customer's chosen AI provider receive information required for the requested operation. Managed support may involve authorized access. The privacy policy describes these distinctions. Revoking a platform grant, disconnecting locally and deleting local records are separate actions.
Availability and ending use
Third-party services can change permissions, prices, quotas or availability. A connection may need renewed consent or a software update. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform access or a platform's approval of an application. You can disable a connection and revoke its access at the platform. Ending support does not itself delete your server or authorize Escattle to take your records. Export and retention are governed by your agreement and applicable law.
Licence and ownership
Subject to the agreed order, Escattle grants the customer a non-exclusive right to install and use the supplied Sailwork software for its own business on the authorized installation, including access by its authorized personnel. Transfer, resale or operation for another business requires the rights stated in the agreement. Third-party components retain their own licences. The customer retains its rights in its records and supplied content; these terms do not transfer ownership of those records to Escattle. Escattle retains its rights in its own software and documentation.
Service commitments, responsibility and remedies
The signed agreement defines installation acceptance, support, maintenance, any service levels and the remedy for a failure to supply the agreed service. Report a material defect with enough information for us to investigate without disclosing unnecessary personal data or credentials. Escattle remains responsible for its own contractual duties. The customer remains responsible for authorizing outside actions and obtaining the rights to its supplied data and content. AI output is not a warranty that a business, legal or financial conclusion is correct.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or reduce mandatory rights. Any agreed monetary limitation of liability must be expressly stated in the signed agreement; this page introduces no separate monetary cap. Refunds, cancellation charges and payment dates are those expressly agreed or required by applicable law, not amounts inferred from an indicative website price.
Suspension and termination
A party may end services under the notice and termination provisions in its signed agreement or the applicable law. Escattle may suspend only the services under its control where reasonably necessary to address unauthorized access, a material security threat or unlawful use, and will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue where practicable and lawful. Suspension does not authorize deletion of the customer's server, seizure of records or continued use of a revoked account grant. On termination, each party returns or deletes information held on the other's behalf as required by their agreement and applicable law, subject to documented retention obligations. Continued software-use rights are governed by the agreed licence; ending maintenance alone does not silently transfer the customer's data to Escattle.
Law, disputes and changes
Romanian law governs these terms, without depriving a party of mandatory protections that otherwise apply. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through their agreed business contacts. If it remains unresolved, the competent courts are determined under applicable law unless a valid written agreement specifies otherwise. These business-service terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights where those rights apply.
Material changes will be dated and communicated through the contact arrangements in the agreement. A change to a public page does not retroactively change a signed price, transfer data ownership or grant new outside-action authority.
