For a small office that wants to start today and has no one for IT. You open it and work; the server is our job.
Your own installation
For the whole firm, on its own server. The AI is included in the price, and the data stays on your own machine.
How you pay.
Each month you get our invoice through e-Factura, from Escattle SRL. You pay by card or SEPA direct debit, saved for the following months, or by bank transfer.
Example for a Romanian company: €49 + 21% VAT = €59.29 a month.
From Hosted to your own installation.
You can move at any time. We export your whole Sailwork Hosted, and your own installation starts with everything you made: nothing is lost. From then on, the price is the own installation's: €5,000, then €350/month, plus VAT.

- Your seat becomes read-only, you download everything, then it is removed.
- Whose AI is it?
- On Sailwork Hosted, the AI runs on your own Claude plan, paid directly to Anthropic (Claude Pro for personal use, Claude Team for business; you choose); we don't resell AI, and in Sailwork you see how much you have used. On your own installation, the AI subscription is included in the €350/month. During the trial it is included; we pay for it.
- How much space do I get?
- On Sailwork Hosted, 20 GB for your files and records. Soon you will be able to connect your own OneDrive, Dropbox or S3 for unlimited space.
