The new hearing date finds you.
The court portal is read at 06:30, before you reach the office. Cases and deadlines are kept from what you say, contracts come back with comments in the margin. For some months now, Sailwork has run the back office of a Romanian law firm every working day.
What the film shows, in words
The firm's day: 30 open cases, 12 clients, today's hearings. A hearing moves from 09:00 to 09:30, and the lawyer hears it in the first conversation of the day, once, without searching through files. Then a services contract: the delivery date is 15 October in the contract and 19 October in the annex, and the comment appears in the margin, the contract text untouched. Each lawyer has their own companion; the record is shared.
Three things you tell it on a day at the firm.
- 01
What changed in our cases today?
Every watched case is checked on the court portal at 06:30. You hear only what changed: a new hearing date, a ruling.
- 02
New case for Atelier Oblic, hearing on 14 November at the Bucharest Tribunal.
The record is kept from what you say. No forms. Give it the case number and it watches the portal too, if you ask.
- 03
Read the services contract and tell me where the delivery dates don't match.
The comment appears in the margin, like a Word comment. The contract text stays untouched.
The AI proposes, a person approves, then it carries it out.Nothing is sent, paid or signed without your yes. Every action stays on the record.
What works from day one. What it still needs.
Works today
- Clients, cases, deadlines, meetings and a day summary, for each lawyer.
- The court portal: watched cases, checked daily at 06:30.
- The firm's templates filled in Word; contracts returned with changes in view.
- Case files of hundreds of pages read page by page, scans included.
- A second reader checks an answer's citations and figures before it reaches you.
Needs an integration, or not done
- Current legislation (legislatie.just.ro) and the firm's licensed law-book database: connected when we set up the firm.
- The calendar (Google Calendar) and the firm's e-mail.
- ONRC (RECOM), the insolvency bulletin, RNPM and ANCPI: not connected; a company check uses ANAF data today.
- Case law is not part of the library.
Let's talk.
Half an hour, on your screen: we show you what a day of yours would look like with Sailwork.
